Sun Product's Management Team
Neil P. DeFeo leads The Sun Products Corporation as Chief Executive Officer. Neil was most recently Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Playtex Products, Inc. and prior to Playtex, Neil was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Remington Products Corporation. Neil has also held key management positions at The Clorox Company, and at Procter & Gamble, where he worked for 25 years.
Kris Kelley joined the company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, reporting to Neil. Kris has responsibility for all Financial and Systems functions and is also in charge of the overall integration of the two companies. Kris has many years of financial and operational experience in consumer products. Most recently, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Playtex Products, Inc. Prior to Playtex he worked in several well known branded companies including Remington Products, Uniroyal Chemical and Kendall Healthcare.
Bill Littlefield joined The Sun Products Company as Executive Vice President and General Manager. After leading the marketing, branded products and research groups for the first 12 months, Bill is now responsible for sales, supply chain and logistics. Formerly, Bill was Vice President and General Manager of the Unilever US laundry business, where he worked since 1981 and held several positions within sales and marketing, including Senior Vice President of Customer Development, for Home Care North America, and Vice President and General Manager North America Skin Care.
Bob Waldron joined The Sun Products Corporation as Chief Marketing Officer in November 2009 and is responsible for the company’s global marketing function, leading the branded and retailer marketing teams as well as marketing operations and services. Prior to joining Sun Products, Bob spent close to 20 years at General Mills managing and building brands, and driving profitable sales growth. In his most recent role, Bob was Senior Vice President, managing the Yoplait Operating Division and responsible for profitability, strategic vision, organizational development and the franchise relationship.
Gretchen Crist joined the company as Senior Vice President of Human Resources reporting to Neil. Gretchen has responsibility for all functions within Human Resources for The Sun Products Corporation. Gretchen came to Sun Products with significant Human Resources experience. In her most recent role as Vice President of Human Resources and member of the Executive Committee at Playtex Products Inc, Gretchen was responsible for all HR functions and strategy for the company. Prior to Playtex, Gretchen held various roles within HR of increasing responsibility with Altria and Nestle Waters.
Beth Hecht joined the company as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, reporting to Neil. Beth has responsibility for all legal affairs worldwide for The Sun Products Corporation. She has extensive experience building and leading legal departments at both publicly traded and privately held companies. Prior to her appointment with Sun, Beth was Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of MedPointe Healthcare Inc. (formerly known as Carter-Wallace Inc.). Prior to MedPointe, Beth led the legal department at Alpharma, Chirex and Warner Chilcott. Beth has also worked as an attorney in private practice at the New York offices of Kirkland & Ellis and Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
Craig Slavtcheff has been with The Sun Products Corporation since January 2009, and is Senior Vice President R&D, Quality, Regulatory overseeing all innovation development for the company, as well as quality assurance and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining Sun Products, Craig held leadership roles within Unilever Home & Personal Care R&D for a period of 16 years, responsible for brands such as Dove, Vaseline, Pond’s and Axe. Craig’s career has spanned the R&D continuum from upstream Research and Discovery, global product design and specification, to in-market deployment and customer interface.
Mitch Tinnan joined The Sun Products Corporation in May 2009 as Senior Vice President Manufacturing, responsible for the company's five manufacturing plants and corporate engineering. Mitch began his career with Procter and Gamble as a manufacturing shift team manager, progressing through Manufacturing and HR assignments of increasing responsibility, including Plant Director positions. In 1997, Mitch joined The Dial Corporation (acquired by Henkel in 2004) as VP-Manufacturing, and was later promoted to Senior VP-Product Supply, with the added responsibility for Customer Service and Logistics. Mitch holds a BS degree in Engineering Physics and an MBA from the University of Colorado-Boulder.
